The coffee is delicious - everything it claims to be. Smooth, rich flavor and not bitter at all. I got the 30-day kit with both hazelnut and bold flavors so I could try both - hazelnut is my favorite! I've been through one bag of each flavor and drink it every day now in place of my usual morning hot coffee. My only issue is that I do think the bags could use a little improvement (not that anyone asked). If the bags were just an inch or so taller, the ziplock may close better. Ten and a half cups is a lot of water to fit into the bag and it makes the ziplock difficult to close and the bag very awkward to carry to the fridge. The ziplock also doesn't close properly - you really have to work it, which increases the risk of spilling some of the contents. A ziplock with a slider or the velcro-close type might work better. Not a deal breaker, I just use clips to keep it closed tight.

I tried the cold brew iced coffee today at the OKI Seafood Festival and it was delicious!!! No bitter taste. No after taste. Just fresh and refreshing on a beautiful day outside listening to live music.
I was very impressed with my first sip and the very polite service I received that I immediately bought a bag to take home and make on my own. Definitely will be ordering refills.

I have ordered coffee and had it at my door the next day. Unfortunately, we’re no longer local so I have had to place orders and even put the wrong address on accident and there’s been no issue with being lab changing my address and getting my order to me. Absolutely amazing customer service.
